Vaseem Hair Cutting Saloon

I’ve got my hair cutting saloon set up on the Kharar-Landran Road. It’s right near Shivalik City, which is a big landmark around here. Even though the address says Kharar, we are close enough to Mohali and Chandigarh that people from those parts come by too. The road outside is always busy with cars and bikes zooming past. It’s just a simple shop where I do haircuts. I don’t have a big team or anything, mostly just me working the chairs. I’ve been doing this for a long time now. The shop has a few chairs and a small bench for people to wait on. I keep some old magazines around, though nobody really reads them anymore because of their phones. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It’s part of living here. The shop is my second home. I’m here more than I’m at my actual house. I keep the scissors sharp and the combs in the blue liquid. It’s a routine. I open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. There’s always hair everywhere by lunch time. I just try to do a decent job for whoever walks through the door. It’s a basic, honest place to get a haircut. People seem to appreciate that we don't make a fuss.
