We’ve been here at Kothi No. 158 in Phase 4 for quite a while now. Most mornings start pretty early because that is just how things go when you are running a place like Upper Crust. Ropar can be a bit quiet, but our corner stays busy enough. We mostly just focus on getting things done right without making a big fuss about it. The building itself is nothing fancy, just a regular spot where we do our work every day. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we have to keep the fans going full speed. People from the neighborhood drop by, and we usually know most of them by name. It is not like those big corporate places you see in the city. We handle everything ourselves, from the heavy lifting to the paperwork. Usually, there is some flour on the floor or a stack of crates waiting to be moved. We don’t really have a fancy office. Most of the time is spent in the back making sure everything is ready for the day. If you walk past Phase 4, you’ll probably see us unloading something or just taking a quick tea break. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and out of trouble. We’ve learned over the years that things don't always go as planned, but you just deal with it and move on. That is basically how we operate here in Distt. Ropar.
