TI Constructions

TI Constructions is located over in Kharar, specifically in Shivalik City, Sector-127. Our number is 944. It’s a busy part of the Mohali area now. A good way to find us is to look for the Bank of Baroda; we are quite near that. 140301 is the pin code if you are sending something over. We’ve been based in Kharar for some time and have watched the whole Sector-127 area grow up around us. It used to be much quieter. Our office is just a regular building where we keep our files and meet with people. It’s not some high-rise glass office. We prefer being on the ground, close to where the actual building happens. There are usually a few of us in and out all day, going between different sites and the office. We don't have a polished receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. It’s more of a place where we get things done. You’ll see muddy boots sometimes or stacks of blueprints. That’s just how it is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to do the job right. Being near the bank is handy for errands. The team is small, mostly just locals who know the roads around Mohali and Kharar well. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s convenient for us and our clients. It’s a basic office, but it serves our purpose perfectly.
