You can find us over at Section 125, right on the Chandigarh Kharar Road. We are pretty much opposite the North Country Mall, so it’s a landmark everyone knows around here. Being in Kharar means we get a real mix of people coming through our doors. We have students coming in from the nearby hostels and families who live in the new apartments around Mohali. Since we are on the main road, we also get plenty of folks coming over from Chandigarh for their sessions. The place stays busy because of the location. Inside, it’s just a regular setup. We have different areas for different things, but it all flows together okay. It’s not always perfectly quiet here. There is usually some music playing and the sound of people talking about their day. We try to keep things organized, but on a busy Tuesday night, it can get a bit hectic. The air conditioning works hard during the summer months because it gets really hot on this side of town. We don’t go in for anything too flashy or modern. It’s just about having a space where you can show up and do what you need to do. Some people stay for an hour, others are in and out in thirty minutes. We see the same faces every morning at 6 AM, which is nice. It feels like a little community of people who are all just trying to keep moving. There’s no pressure, just a spot to get some exercise.
