This branch of Surindra Builders is run by Davinder Singh Sengar, and we are located in the village of Manauli, which is in the Mohali district. The pin code is 140306 if you need it. Being out in a village like Manauli is different from being in the middle of a big city. It’s a bit more relaxed, though the work itself is still plenty busy. We operate out of a modest space that serves as our main point of contact for the projects we handle around the tehsil. We aren't into big advertising or polished brochures. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or just by seeing us around the area. We deal with construction and building tasks, and our days are usually spent on-site or making sure the supplies are arriving when they should. It’s common for things to get a little dusty or for the schedule to shift because of the weather, but we just take it as it comes. We’re just a group of local people who know how to build and aren't afraid of a bit of hard work. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the records and meet up before heading out for the day. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything is done properly. It’s a straightforward way of doing business in a place where people appreciate honesty.
