Singh Dilmeet Architect

We've been over here at 4527 Awho Flats in Darshan Vihar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Sector 68, Mohali. People stop by when they need to figure out a building plan or fix up their house. It’s mostly just Singh Dilmeet handling the drawing boards and the site visits throughout the week. Most days involve a lot of coffee and looking at blueprints that never seem to stay flat on the desk. We don’t have a fancy office with big glass walls or expensive furniture. It’s just a workspace where things get done. If you walk past the flats in the evening, you’ll probably see us still working late. The neighborhood is pretty quiet which helps when you need to focus on lines and measurements for a new project. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it’s just dealing with contractors who don’t show up or trying to figure out why a wall can't go where the owner wants it to go. We’ve seen Mohali change a lot from this office over the years. Dealing with local permits takes up more time than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We keep it simple. You come in, tell us what you're thinking for your space, and we see if we can draw it up for you. No big sales pitch, just a lot of drawings and hard work.
