It’s a lot of back and forth with clients, trying to understand what they actually want versus what they think they want. We don’t do those glossy brochures. Most of our work comes from someone telling a friend about us. It’s just about drawing plans that make sense for the space people have. We have stacks of blueprints all over the place and pens that always seem to go missing. It’s a busy little workspace, but it’s home. We’ve been in Phase 3Bl long enough that we feel like part of the bricks and mortar ourselves.
