You will find Sarab Architects & Consultants over in the Industrial Area of Mohali, Phase 7 to be exact. Our office is F-111, and we are quite close to Spice Chowk. Being in an industrial zone means it is a bit gritty and noisy outside, with trucks and tempo travelers moving around all day. It is not the kind of place you come for a quiet afternoon, but it is perfect for what we do. We like being near the workshops and the suppliers because it makes the technical side of things easier to handle. Inside F-111, it is a mix of computers and old-fashioned drawing boards. We do a lot of consulting work, so there is always a lot of talk about regulations and structural stuff that might bore most people. We have got a small team and we have worked together long enough that we do not need many rules. The office has a bit of a lived-in look, with some old chairs and a kettle that is always on. Being near Spice Chowk is a landmark everyone knows, so we do not have to give long directions. We spend our days dealing with the realities of building things in Chandigarh and Mohali. It is hard work and sometimes frustrating, but we have been at it for years and would not know what else to do. It is just a normal office in a busy part of town.
