I started this office here in Phase 3A a while back. It's just a small setup at H.No.479. People around Mohali usually stop by when they're thinking of building something or just need some drawings for their house. I've lived in this district for a long time, so I know how the local authorities work and what kind of weather we get here in Ropar. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers. We don’t do big fancy presentations. Usually, it's just sitting down with a cup of tea and looking at some paper. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the rolls of blueprints, but we find what we need eventually. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling their friends about us. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the designs. Building a house is stressful enough as it is. We handle the technical side so you don't have to worry about the measurements too much. If you're walking around Phase 3A, you can see the sign. It's a quiet area, which is good for focusing on the details. I don't use much software, I still like drawing things out sometimes to see how they fit. It takes a bit longer but the results feel more real that way. We've done some renovations and a few new builds lately. It's honest work and we enjoy seeing the houses actually get built after all the planning is done.
