Prime Fit Gym

We are located at Shop Number 257 in Mattour, which is right in the Mohali area near Chandigarh. If you know where the Gurudawara is, we are just opposite that. It’s a local neighborhood spot, so things are pretty relaxed around here most of the time. We don’t have a giant sign or anything, just the shop front where people gather. The space is practical and simple. We have the usual stuff people need to stay fit and healthy. Because we are in Mattour, a lot of our members are neighbors who just walk over from their houses. It’s the kind of place where people actually know each other’s names and say hello. We spend a lot of our day making sure things are where they belong and that the machines are wiped down. It isn't a corporate setup where everything feels sterile. It feels more like a workshop for your body. The light comes in through the front in the afternoons and it can get quite warm, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. We see a lot of younger guys and some older folks too who just want to keep their joints moving. There is no dress code or anything like that. Just wear something comfortable and come in. We try to keep the atmosphere easygoing. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but nobody seems to mind much. It’s just a solid, local gym for the people living nearby who don’t want to travel too far.
