Precision Instruments And Apparatus Mfg. Co. has been operating out of Office No.35 in Industrial Area Phase I for quite some time. The industrial area is a maze of similar-looking units, but we’ve made our small space work for us. We make instruments and different kinds of apparatus here. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and sitting at a bench for hours. The lighting isn't always perfect, and the space can feel a bit crowded with all the small parts and testing equipment we use. We aren't a massive factory with assembly lines; it's more of a manual, hands-on process in this office. Most of us have been working together in Phase I for a long time, so we have a rhythm down. The sounds of the neighboring units are always in the background. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a manufacturing outfit that sticks to what it knows. Sometimes the work is slow and meticulous, but that’s the nature of making instruments. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks or workbenches, focusing on the task at hand. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life here in the industrial area.
