We've been at D-31 in Phase-I for a while now. It’s a busy industrial area and you can always hear the sound of metal and machines running nearby. Most days start pretty early around here. We have a few guys who have been with us since the beginning, and they know where every single tool is kept, even if the workshop looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop floor where we deal with machine parts and fixing things that break down. Sometimes the floor gets a bit greasy, and the tea guy comes around twice a day which is usually the highlight for everyone. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or testing out a motor to see why it's making that weird clicking sound. It isn't always quiet, and sometimes it gets quite hot in the summer months, but we just open the big shutters and keep going. People stop by to ask for advice on some equipment they have, and we usually just chat over a plastic cup of tea. It’s mostly just hard work and getting our hands dirty. There’s always some paperwork piling up on the small desk in the corner, but the actual work happens out on the floor. That’s just how it is at Paramount Machines. We don’t have any big signs or anything, just the address on the gate.
