Our office is located at Shop No-102 in Sas Nagar, Mohali, specifically in Phase 2. Even though our physical shop is here, we spend a lot of our time serving people over in Amritsar as well. It is a bit of a spread-out operation, but we make it work by being on the phone a lot. We are not a huge company with a lot of departments; we are just a small team of tour planners who like to get things right. The office is a simple space where we keep all our files and records of different hotels and transport providers. Planning a trip can be quite a headache for most people, so they come to us to handle the details. We do not make any big promises, we just tell people what is available and how much it is going to cost. Sometimes the plans have to change because of the weather or other issues, and we just deal with those things as they come up. We have been doing this for a while and have built up a lot of local knowledge about the best routes and places to stay. It is honest work and we enjoy seeing families head off on their vacations. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks, just word of mouth from people we have helped before in Mohali and Amritsar. We just keep our heads down and work.
