NIPUN SANSTHAPAN LLP is based out of 233 Krishna Enclave in Khanpur, Kharar. It’s more of a residential-feeling area than a big commercial hub, which we actually prefer. Our office is basically a converted space in the enclave. It’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, though you still hear the local vendors passing by or the neighbors' dogs barking once in a while. We aren't a huge team with fancy uniforms or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around with our laptops, trying to figure out the next steps for whatever project is on the table. The walls are a pale color and we’ve got a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. Khanpur is a growing spot in Rupnagar, and being here feels like we’re part of the local community. We don't have a big receptionist to greet people; usually, one of us just hears the door and gets up to see who it is. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take three days, we don't say two just to sound better. We’ve built this up slowly over time, just dealing with the daily ups and downs of running a small business in Punjab. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours and we take a bit of pride in just showing up and doing the work every day without fail.
