Energy Fitness

Energy Fitness is situated right near the Bhakra Nangal Dam, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. We opened up because we saw a need for a place where people could just come and work out without any fuss. The gym isn't some high-end luxury spa, it’s just a solid space with the equipment people actually use. We have weights, some cardio machines, and enough floor space for stretching or whatever else someone needs to do. Being so close to the dam means we get a lot of locals who stop by before or after their shifts. It gets fairly busy in the early mornings when the air is still a bit cool. We try to keep the place clean, though with people coming and going all day, there’s always something to wipe down or put back in its place. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't have fancy juice bars or anything like that. People come here to sweat and get their training done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the music is going and people are working hard, but that’s just how a gym should feel. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and have a regular crowd that knows each other. It’s just a local spot for people who want to stay active. There’s no pressure, just a place to get your exercise in near the water and dam.
