M/Sa.P.Shresath Colonisers

We are based in Mohali, specifically in Phase IX at HL 254. If you know S.A.S. Nagar, you know this part of town has changed a lot lately. There’s a lot of building going on everywhere you look. As colonisers, we are right in the middle of it. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we sit down and look at land maps and talk to people about where they want to live. Punjab is a busy place these days and Mohali is growing so fast it’s hard to keep track. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. It’s dusty work and can be pretty tiring when the sun is beating down. We don’t really bother with fancy marketing or big slogans. We just show people what’s available and handle the paperwork that goes with it. The neighborhood around Phase IX has everything you need now, which is a big change from how it used to be years ago. Most of our day is spent dealing with small issues that pop up on-site or meeting with folks who are interested in the new developments. We keep our files in old cabinets and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It’s just us doing the daily grind in the office. We usually lock up around six and head home like everyone else.
