Luthra Paras Architect

Luthra Paras Architect is located at 546 in New Mata Gujri Enclave, over in Mundikharar. It is a bit of a quiet area, which is good when you need to focus on drawing lines and calculating dimensions. We spend our days tucked away in the office, trying to turn someone’s idea into a real set of plans that a builder can actually follow. It is not always easy because people want a lot of things that sometimes don't fit together, so we spend time figuring out the middle ground. We have been working in this area for a while and have seen how it’s grown. The office is pretty basic, just some computers, large tables, and too many rolls of paper. We don’t go in for much decoration ourselves; we’re too busy thinking about other people’s buildings. If you come by Mundikharar, you’ll find us usually working late or chatting about some new regulation we have to follow. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. If a plan isn't going to work, we say so. We’re not here to sell you a dream that falls down, just a solid plan for a house or an office. It is a small team here, so you usually get to talk to the same person every time you call. That’s just the way we like to do things.
