Lata Inshu Architect

Lata Inshu Architect is located over in the Housing Board Colony in Dhanas, at 3237/1. It’s a practical spot for an architecture office. We aren’t in a high-rise building with glass walls. Instead, we’re right here in the colony, which makes us feel much closer to the homes and buildings we think about every day. The office at 3237/1 is pretty basic. We have our drafting tables, a few computers, and a lot of reference books that have been around for years. Dhanas is a unique place to work, and the Housing Board Colony has its own specific character that we’ve grown to appreciate. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy presentations. Most of our work comes from people who just know us in the area. It’s a small team here, and we handle everything ourselves, from the first sketch to the final details. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and material samples everywhere, but that’s just the reality of the job. We enjoy the morning routine of opening up the office and seeing the neighborhood wake up. It’s an honest way to make a living, and being part of the Dhanas community is important to us. We’re just local people trying our hardest to design things that make sense for our neighbors and the city. It’s a quiet life but we enjoy the work we do here.
