K.M. Engg Works

K.M. Engg Works is situated at D 102 in the Phase 7 Industrial Area. This part of the city is always buzzing with the sound of welding, cutting, and machines running. Our unit is a practical space where we do all our engineering and fabrication work. It’s a bit loud and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings, but that’s just a sign that we are busy. We don’t have a fancy office or a lobby; most of our space is taken up by the tools and the workbench. We start our shift when the sun comes up to get as much done as possible before it gets too hot in the afternoon. The roof is made of metal, so you can really hear the rain when it pours. We have a small corner where we keep the blueprints and the computer for the billing. It’s mostly hard, manual work here, and we don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our overalls, deep in the middle of a project. We’ve been in Phase 7 for a long time, and we’ve seen the area grow and change around us. We aren't interested in corporate speak or making big promises. We just take the drawings people give us and try to make the parts right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
