Kaur Hunerdeep Architect

I am based out of 491 in Phase-4, which is in Sector-59 here in Sas Nagar. It is a residential area, so it is pretty calm most of the time. My work revolves around designing buildings and making sure the plans are solid. I spend a lot of my mornings on the phone with various people or out at construction sites checking on things. The office is really just a functional space where the drafting happens. I have seen a lot of changes in the skyline around Sas Nagar since I started out. Some people come in with very specific ideas about what they want, and others have no clue, so I spend time walking them through the basics of how a building comes together. It is not a fast process, and there is always some hurdle with materials or labor, but we manage. I keep things pretty low-key. No big signs or flashy marketing here. Most of the people I work with are locals who just need someone to draw up their house or a small shop. It is a lot of sitting and drawing, then a lot of standing around on dusty sites. That is just how the job goes. The office has a few bookshelves filled with old binders and my desk is usually a mess of pencils and erasers. I don't mind the clutter because it means I am working. People just drop by when they see my car outside.
