Our office is located at House Number 1957 in Phase 10 of SAS Nagar, which most people just call Mohali. We are right near the park, which is a nice landmark if you’re trying to find us. Horizon Colonisers LLP isn't a massive firm. It’s just a few of us working out of this house. Phase 10 is a good spot because it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, but still easy to reach. We deal with colonizing work, which basically means we look at land and how to organize it. It’s a lot of running around to government offices and meeting with different people. The park nearby is where we usually take a walk if we need to clear our heads. Mohali has grown so much in the last ten years, and being in Rupnagar district gives us a good base. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of files. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, if you call, one of us will just pick up the phone. We like to keep it casual. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, so we know the local residents and the shopkeepers around the corner. It’s a local business, run by local people who just want to do a decent job. We don’t have any big corporate goals, just keeping the work moving and the clients happy.
