We are based at F-321 in Phase 8B of the Industrial Area. If you know this part of the city, you know that Phase 8B is a hub for all sorts of manufacturing and technical work. Hartek India Pvt.Ltd. has been in this particular unit for a while now. The building is a functional, no-nonsense space that fits exactly what we need. When you walk into F-321, you see the workstations set up and the equipment ready to go. We aren’t big on fancy decorations or expensive carpets. It’s a place where we wear boots and don’t mind a bit of grease on our hands. The mornings start with a quick meeting to go over what needs to get done before the afternoon shipments go out. The industrial area has a specific kind of energy, especially during the middle of the week when everyone is at full capacity. You hear the sound of forklifts and the occasional siren from the main road. We have a small break area where we eat and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. The commute can be a bit long depending on which part of town you’re coming from, but once you’re here, it’s all about the job. We take pride in just getting things done right without making a big fuss about it. It’s a straightforward way to work, and being here in Phase 8B just makes sense for us and our team.
