Gym N Spa Robust

We are over at SCF 34-35 in SAS Nagar, Mohali. It’s a pretty good-sized spot and we also have folks coming in from Chandigarh since the border isn't far at all. We are right by the State Bank of Patiala, which is a landmark most people know around here. The place is a mix of a gym and a spa, so we have different sections for different things. It’s not the newest building, so you might notice a creak here or there, but we keep it clean. The gym floor has all the usual racks and benches. We aren't into those high-tech gadgets that nobody knows how to use. Just simple, solid equipment that gets the job done. The spa area is a bit quieter, tucked away in the back. We do our best to keep the environment relaxed without being too stuffy. It’s a place where you can grunt a bit while lifting and not feel out of place. We spend a lot of our day just checking the machines and making sure there’s enough soap in the showers. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big marketing department, just a sign out front and a door that stays open most of the day. It’s a practical space for anyone in Mohali or nearby. Nothing fancy, just hard work and a bit of rest afterwards for whoever needs it.
