Our office is tucked away on Street No. 03A in Adarsh Nagar. It’s a quiet part of Ropar, which is nice because it lets us focus on the work at hand. Flumine Pharmaceuticals Private Limited isn't a giant operation, just a handful of us working out of this spot at 3354/2D. We’ve been in Rupnagar for a bit now and have come to know the local rhythms pretty well. Most days start early with a cup of tea and a look at the orders that came in overnight. We handle a lot of different pharmaceutical supplies, so there’s always something to organize or a box to move. The street can get a little crowded when the delivery trucks arrive, but the neighbors are patient with us. It’s a local operation, through and through. We didn’t want to be in a big glass building in a city, we preferred staying close to home. The walls are covered in schedules and maps of the delivery routes. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it works for what we need to do. Every now and then, the electricity acts up, but we just deal with it. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living and keep the supply chain moving in this part of Punjab. It’s steady work and we take it one day at a time. No big corporate meetings here, just us figuring things out as we go.
