Coatec India Mohali

This branch of the business is run right out of House Number 899 in Sector 4 of Mundi Kharar. It’s a different vibe than being in the main industrial phases. Here, it’s more about the neighborhood. We share the space with the daily life of the area. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket right outside the gate while we’re trying to sort through invoices or talk to clients on the phone. Being in Kharar means we’re a bit away from the main Mohali hub, but it’s quieter here and the rent doesn't kill us. We handle a lot of the administrative side and some smaller coating tasks that don't need the big machines. It’s a family-run feel, really. My desk is near the window so I can see everyone coming and going from the post office. We’ve had to convert a couple of rooms into storage for our supplies, so things can get a bit cramped if a big shipment arrives. But it works for us. We aren't trying to be some giant company that doesn't know its customers. Most people who call us know us by name. It’s just easier that way. If you’re looking for us, look for the big blue door on the street. It’s a simple setup, but it’s home for the business right now. We’ve been in this spot for several years and the neighbors don't seem to mind us much.
