Binderjit Singh

Binderjit Singh is based at 740 Mohali Sas Nagar Hig Flats Phase 9. This isn't a traditional office in a commercial block. It is part of the residential area, so it feels a lot more personal. The flats in Phase 9 are well-known around here. You might have to ask a neighbor for the exact block if it is your first time visiting. There is always someone coming or going in the hallways. Inside 740, the space is used for work, but it still has that lived-in feel. We don't have a polished front desk or a waiting room with magazines. You usually just grab a chair in the main room. Binderjit Singh handles things directly, so there isn't much middleman stuff going on. It can get a bit crowded when more than two people show up at once, but we manage. The view from the window is just other flats and some trees, which is peaceful enough for a workday. We have been in Mohali for quite some time now and like the pace of life in Sas Nagar. It is not as rushed as the bigger cities. Most of our day is spent reading through things or talking to people who drop by. It is a humble way to run things, but it works for us. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families at the end of the day.
