B. L. Chopra (Agencies)

B. L. Chopra (Agencies) is located on College Road, specifically at 2806/1 in P.N.B. Lane. We are right near the National Academy, so there are always students and teachers walking around the area. The lane is a bit narrow, so it’s always a struggle when a delivery truck tries to get through. We have been here for years, acting as an agency for various goods. Our shop is packed with boxes and ledgers. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We have a couple of small desks where we handle the paperwork. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we aren't all related. We know the bank staff next door pretty well because we see them every morning. The atmosphere is generally busy but friendly. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It’s just a regular door in a busy lane. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in to see what we have in stock. Sometimes we have to move everything out to find one specific item at the bottom of a stack. It keeps us busy. We don't use any fancy software for everything; some of it is still done the old way with a pen. It works for us and we haven't seen a reason to change. The noise of the college nearby is just part of our daily background music.
