ASHVILLE MOTELS LLP is our company, and we operate out of an office in Mohali. We are located at Flat No 802 on the 8th floor of Falcon View in S.A.S. Nagar. It is a bit of a different setup for a hospitality business because we are based in a high-rise building rather than a traditional storefront. From this office in the Rupnagar district, we manage the various details of our motel operations. Mohali is a fast-growing place, so there is always something new happening nearby. We spend a lot of time looking at numbers and coordinating with the people who work on-site at the properties. It’s not always exciting work, but it is necessary to keep everything organized. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who know each other well. We use simple tools to keep track of everything, and we don't bother with fancy business jargon. Most of our day is spent making sure the properties have what they need to stay open and comfortable for guests. We started this business because we wanted to be part of the growing hospitality scene in Punjab. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the paperwork and the regulations, but we just take it one step at a time. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a quiet space to think and get things sorted.
