Apace Vision Design & Build

Apace Vision Design & Build operates out of House Number 291 in Sector 60, Phase 3B 1 of Mohali. We are quite close to Madanpur Chowk, so it is a fairly easy place for people to locate. Working out of a house instead of a big office block makes things feel a little more grounded for us. We have our drafting tables and our computers set up in the rooms here. Most of our days are a mix of sitting down to draw up building plans and then driving out to check on the progress at various sites around Chandigarh. This city is planned well, but construction always has its own set of surprises once you start digging. We just take things as they come. It is a lot of back and forth between the desk and the job site. The neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at different times of the day. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk to our clients. We just explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost. The work is a bit of a juggle, keeping the design side and the building side moving at the same speed. It gets busy and the office can get messy with blueprints and material samples everywhere. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to stay organized.
