You can find us over in the industrial area in Mohali, Phase-8 B. Our unit is E-190. It is a busy part of town with a lot of manufacturing going on. We do farm-related work here, mostly managing the supply and the equipment. The yard gets quite full of stuff during the harvest seasons. It is not a very quiet place because of all the nearby factories and the trucks moving in and out of the lane. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Most of the staff comes from the local villages around Mohali. We usually start quite early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. There is always something that needs fixing or a load that needs to be sorted. It is a plain brick building, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our small office and the storage area. We don't use any big marketing teams or anything. We just talk to the farmers and the people who need our products. It is honest work and it keeps us busy all year round. Sometimes we sit outside for tea when there is a break. The industrial area is quite dusty, so we are always sweeping. We have been at E-190 for a while now and we know all our neighbors. It is just a regular day-to-day operation for us. We handle the paperwork when we have to, but we prefer being out in the yard.
