Our office is at H.No.1506 in Phase-10. It is a residential area, so it stays pretty quiet for the most part, which is good for focusing on architectural work. Ahluwalia Manjeet Singh Architect has been operating from this house for quite a while now. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. It is just a dedicated space within the building where we keep our drafting tables and computers. Phase-10 is a nice part of town, and we enjoy the trees and the neighborhood feel. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans or talking to contractors on the phone. We don't go in for fancy presentations or shiny brochures. If you come by H.No.1506, you will likely find us surrounded by blue binders and loose papers. It is a working office, so it is not always perfectly tidy. We value the quietness of Phase-10 because it lets us think clearly about the projects. Sometimes we step out for a walk in the afternoon just to clear our heads. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around; we just want to do decent work on the drawings we have. People usually find us through word of mouth. We keep things straightforward and honest. The front gate is usually the easiest way to know you are at the right place. It is just a regular house where we do our business.
