You can find Uttam Greens Farmers Producer Company Limited over on the second floor of the Hemkund Tower. We are in Flat No-E-201, right near the Highway Honda in Rudrapur, Balianta. Being near the highway is really handy for when we have to go out and see the farmers we work with. We spend time with a lot of local growers. It is a lot of talking and listening to what they actually need from us. The office is usually a bit messy with samples and files spread out everywhere. We don't have a professional cleaning crew that comes in every night. We just tidy up when we have a spare moment. The work we do is mainly about organizing things for the producers. It is a lot of back and forth on the phone. Sometimes the bad weather makes it hard for the farmers to get their stuff to us on time. We understand that because we’ve lived around here long enough to know how it goes with the seasons. Hemkund Tower is a well-known spot, so people don’t get lost looking for us too often. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a handful of us trying to help the local farming community get a fair shake. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just people who know about greens and farming, sitting in an office near the highway, trying to make things work for everyone involved. It is a slow process but we keep at it.
