Tata Ficosa Automotive Systems Ltd.

We are located at Plot 69 in Sector 11, right inside the Tata Vendor Park at Pant Nagar. It’s a busy place with a lot of people moving around every single morning. The factory floor is where most of us spend our time. We make different parts for cars, mostly mirrors and cables. It’s not the quietest environment, but we’re used to the sound of the machines by now. Most of the staff live nearby and have been with us for a good while. The park itself is huge, so there’s always trucks coming in to pick up what we’ve finished. Sometimes the weather in Pant Nagar gets a bit humid, which makes the afternoon shifts feel a little long. We don’t do anything fancy here, just focus on getting the parts made right and boxed up for shipping. Our office area is just a few desks near the main entrance where we keep track of the schedules. It’s a practical setup. We try to keep things organized but with so many parts moving around, it stays pretty hectic. You’ll mostly see us in our work clothes, just getting through the daily list of orders. It’s a solid place to work if you don’t mind a bit of grease and noise. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the area grow up around us. It’s just how things go in the automotive business.
