Our factory is at Plot No-50 B, in Sector-11 of the IIE Sidcul area in Pant Nagar. It's a proper industrial zone. Star Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this plot for a while. We focus on making parts for the automotive sector. It’s a lot of machinery and production lines. It isn't like a small shop where you can just wander in. We have specific shifts and a lot of people coming in and out of the gates every day. The air in Pant Nagar always feels like work is happening. Inside, it's quite loud with the sound of the presses and the assembly work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a manufacturing unit trying to meet our daily targets. Most of our interaction is with other big companies or suppliers who bring us the raw materials. We have to be quite strict about the clock because the production line doesn't wait for anyone. It's a different world from the retail markets. We don't spend much time on marketing or anything like that because our work is mostly based on long-term contracts. It’s about keeping the machines running and making sure the parts are coming out okay. It is a lot of responsibility but we have a good group of people here who have been with us for years now. It gets hot in the summer but we keep going.
