Source Automotive Parts is situated at Plot No. 30 in the Sec-IIDC area of Pant Nagar. This is a big industrial estate, so there’s always something going on around us. We deal with various automotive components. Our warehouse is usually packed with crates and boxes. It’s a lot of manual work, moving stuff around and making sure the inventory matches the lists. Pant Nagar is a good spot for us because of the industrial infrastructure here. The building is a bit plain, just a large shed like many others in the IIE section. We don't put much stock in appearances; we care more about the parts being correct and getting shipped on time. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we have a routine down. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Dealing with logistics and suppliers is the bulk of our day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We have a small office section for the billing, but most of the action happens on the floor. People who need parts usually know where to find Plot 30. We just keep the wheels turning and try to stay ahead of the orders coming in. It’s a basic, hard-working environment for all of us here. We don't complicate things more than we have to, really, as we just focus on the parts.
