Pioneer Polyleathers Pvt. Ltd.

We have been working out of Sector 4 Iee Pant Nagar for quite some time now. Our setup at Pioneer Polyleathers Pvt. Ltd. takes up plots 74, 75, and 76. It is a busy place where we handle the daily operations of making and moving our leather products. If you walk past the gates, you will see it is just a regular factory setting with people doing their jobs. We started small but having three plots next to each other gives us the room we need to keep things organized. The area here in Pant Nagar is mostly industrial so it fits what we do. It gets hot during the summer months but we just keep the machines running and the work moving along. Most of the staff live nearby and have been with us for a while. We don't really have a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we focus on the leather materials. Sometimes things get a bit messy during production but that is how it goes when you are working with these kinds of materials. We try to stay on top of the orders coming in. There is always something to do, whether it is checking the stock or making sure the equipment is working right. It is a straightforward business and we just come in every day to get the work done and go home. That is pretty much how things run here at the plant.
