We are located over in Pantnagar, specifically within the Sidcul Industrial Area. It’s a big place with lots of different factories, and we are situated quite close to the Bajaj Auto showroom. This part of town is very different from the residential areas. It’s all about industry and large buildings here. At Perfect Dynamics, we are part of that whole system. The roads around here are wide to accommodate the big trucks that are constantly coming and going with supplies. Most of us arrive early in the morning when the shift starts and the air is still a bit cool. The workspace is large and has that industrial feel with high ceilings and concrete floors. We deal with various automotive parts and systems, and there is always a sense of movement within the building. It isn’t the kind of place where people just wander in off the street; usually, it’s people who have specific business in the industrial zone. We have our routines and our lunch breaks in the canteen or just sitting outside by the side of the building. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets intense inside the sheds, but we have big fans to keep the air moving while we work. It’s a professional environment but we still have our jokes and our quiet moments between the tasks. It’s just a regular day in Sidcul for us, keeping things running as they should.
