Our company, Surya Polypet Pvt. Ltd., is set up at Plot No. 47 in Sector 7 of Pantanagar. This part of Sector 7 is quite orderly compared to some other industrial zones we've seen. The plot is a good size for our operations, and we have spent a lot of time getting the machinery positioned just right. Pantanagar is a place where people come to work hard, and we are no different. Most of our day is spent watching the production lines and making sure the poly products are coming out the way they should. It’s a bit of a repetitive process, but it’s what we know. The office area is just a small room where we keep the records and take a few minutes to sit down when things are running smoothly. We have a small yard out front where the trucks pull in to load up. Sometimes the weather in Pantanagar gets a bit unpredictable, which can slow things down, but we usually manage to keep the schedule. We aren't interested in making the place look like a corporate headquarters. It’s a factory first and foremost. The people working here have been part of the team for a long time, and we just focus on getting the work done at Plot 47 without making a big fuss about it. We even have a small corner where we keep our tools and a fridge for our water. It keeps us going during the long shifts.
