Nikhil Auto Industries

Nikhil Auto Industries is situated out in Village Shimala Bahadur. We are in the Rudrapur taluka area of Udam Singh Nagar. A good way to find us is to look for the Kids Career Public School, as we are right near there. Being in a village, it’s a bit quieter than the big industrial cities, but we still stay very busy. You can hear the kids playing during their break time at the school while we are working on parts. Our workshop is a functional space. We have some machines and a lot of raw materials sitting around in the yard. It’s a family-run kind of thing for the most part. The roads around here can get a bit muddy when it rains heavily, which makes it hard for the transport trucks to reach us on time. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the things we make. It’s repetitive work, but someone has to do it correctly. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of guys who know how to handle the equipment properly. Most of our workers live right here in the village or just a short cycle ride away from the factory. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool outside. It's a humble setup, but we've managed to keep it going for many years now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of trouble. It’s a quiet life but the work is steady.
