We’ve been operating out of Plot No. 22 in Sector 3 of the Sidcul Industrial Area for a good while now. It is a busy place here in Pantnagar, right in the middle of all the other factories. At Maxchem Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, we don’t really do anything fancy. Most of our days are spent on the floor, keeping an eye on the production lines and making sure the supplies are coming in as they should. The weather in Rudrapur can be a bit much sometimes, especially when it’s really hot or during the heavy rains, but we just keep at it. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get the work done. We have a small team from around the U.S Nagar area. Most of us have been here for years, so we all know the routine pretty well. It’s mostly about the machines and the lab work. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team to talk us up. We just focus on the batches we need to finish. Sometimes the trucks are late or a machine needs fixing, and that’s just part of the day. We grab lunch together when we can. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s steady and we like the people we work with. Pantnagar is a good location for this kind of thing, and we’re just glad to be a part of the local industrial community here.
