Suncity Infra Zone Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Kashipur Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and you can’t really miss us if you’re driving by. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit now, focusing on infrastructure work and all the planning that goes with it. The office is usually full of maps, drawings, and a lot of coffee cups. It isn't the quietest place because of the trucks and cars zooming past outside all day long, but we don't mind it much. We have a small group of people here who know how to handle the local building requirements and the paperwork that comes with it. We aren't trying to be some giant company with glass buildings; we just have this one place on the road where we do our business. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather is bad and we can’t get out to look at sites. We spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to coordinate different parts of the projects. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we usually manage to get things sorted out. We’re just regular folks who know a thing or two about construction and land. Kashipur Road has been good to us so far, and we plan to stay here and keep doing what we do every day.
