Our office for H N Consultant Com is located way up in Village Dhaptya Nahori. It is a bit of a trek to get here, near the Bhikyasen post office in the Almora district of Uttaranchal. Life moves a bit slower in the hills, which is how we like it. We handle various consulting tasks for the local people and businesses around the tehsil. Most of our work involves helping neighbors navigate paperwork or giving advice on local projects. It is a small operation, usually just a couple of us sitting at our desks looking out at the mountains. We don't have high-speed internet all the time, so we do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. People from the village just walk in when they have a question. It is a quiet place to work, far away from the noise of the big cities. We know the land and the people around Almora well. Sometimes we have to travel down to the main town for meetings, but we always prefer being back at the village office. It’s a practical business built on knowing the local area. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We just provide help where it is needed in our part of the hills. It is good to be useful to the people you see every day at the market or the post office.
