Salix Seedlings Pvt. Ltd. is located at C-60 Green Park, right off Kashipur Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement, but our little corner in Green Park is a bit more settled. We spend most of our time out with the plants, so our hands are usually in the dirt. It’s not a desk job by any means. We have rows of seedlings that need constant attention, and that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. The weather plays a big role in what we do every day. If it rains too much or gets too hot, we have to change our plans quickly. It can be a bit stressful, but it’s also very rewarding to see things grow. Our team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We don't have any formal titles or big corporate meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done while we’re working. The office is really just a place to keep the paperwork dry. Most of our real work happens outside. Kashipur Road can be a nightmare with the traffic sometimes, but once you get inside our gates, things feel a lot calmer. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do a good job with the seedlings and make sure they’re healthy. It’s a simple goal, and it keeps us coming back every day.
