We are located at Plot No. 41 in Sector 11, which is part of the IIE in Pantnagar. It is a standard industrial setup around here. Most of our time is spent dealing with motor parts and the assembly line. The facility is big enough that there is always something needing attention from the time we arrive until we leave for the day. It involves a lot of repetitive tasks, but you have to pay close attention to make sure every component is fitted correctly. We have different sections set up for the various stages of the work. You can usually hear the hum of the machines from the parking lot. Pantnagar has turned into a major industrial hub over the years, and being in Sector 11 puts us right in the thick of it. We do not spend time on fancy presentations or marketing ideas. Most of our energy goes into the actual production floor. It is a very practical environment to work in. The floors are hard concrete, the lights are bright, and there is always a sense of things moving along. We have a good group of people here who just want to do their jobs well and then head home to their families. We don’t really do corporate talk or big promises. If a part isn't right, we just fix it. That is how we handle things at Plot 41.
