Earthco

Joda is where we are located, deep in the heart of the mining area in Odisha. It’s a place where you can’t escape the red dust, and everything seems to be moving all the time. Earthco is just a small part of the landscape here. We don’t have a long, complicated history to tell. We just showed up and started working. The roads around here can be pretty rough, especially when the rains come and turn everything into a mess. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of things. There isn't much room for fancy talk when you're working in a town like Joda. You just get up, drink your coffee, and get to it. People around here are used to the heavy trucks and the constant activity. Our office is basic, just a place to keep the rain off our heads and store some files. It’s not always easy to find us if you aren’t from around here, as the landmarks change with the construction. We like the grit of this place. It feels honest. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. Most days are long, and the sun gets really hot over the hills. We don't mind the noise or the dust much anymore. It's just home for us now, and we keep busy with whatever needs doing in the local area.
