Things move a little slower here, which we actually like. Our office is simple and stays pretty busy with our outdoor media work. We handle digital signs and advertising boards that you see around town. It’s a small setup in a regular neighborhood. We don't have any corporate slogans or big posters about our vision. We just have our computers and some samples of the work we’ve done. Raukela is an industrial place, so people value hard work and not much else. We spend our mornings checking on the displays and our afternoons talking to people who want to put up ads. Sometimes the weather in Orissa gets really hot, and we just try to keep the fans going. It’s a modest business and we aren't trying to pretend it’s anything else. Most of the people who work here grew up nearby. We know the local shops and the people who walk past our door every day. We’ve been in Basanti Colony for a bit now and it feels like a good place to be. We just do our work, make sure the digital screens are bright, and go home to our families. It’s just our daily work and it keeps us occupied during the week without too much stress. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just managing some digital screens for whoever needs them.
