Anjana Construction & Eng Ltd.

Anjana Construction & Eng Ltd. operates out of an office at Hotel Adarsh on Gandhi Road. We are right near the railway station, so there is always the sound of whistles and trains moving in the background. It is a very busy part of the district. Being located in a hotel might seem a bit unusual to some, but it’s quite convenient for us since we are often traveling to different construction sites. Our space is filled with site maps, hard hats, and stacks of construction documents. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors or checking on material deliveries. Since Gandhi Road is a main thoroughfare, it’s easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We usually start our days quite early, before the station gets too crowded. The office has that old-school feel to it, with heavy wooden desks and old filing cabinets. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on building things and making sure our engineering work is solid. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when a project is nearing completion. We take our tea breaks when we can and just keep the projects moving forward. It’s a practical way to run a construction business in a busy town and we’ve been doing it for quite some time now.
