Luminous Lab Solution

Our place is over at 585 West Amber Talab, which is usually a hive of activity from early morning. At Luminous Lab Solution, we handle all sorts of equipment that schools and clinics might need. It’s not always organized perfectly, with boxes of glass tubes or testing kits sitting on the counters, but we know where everything is. The office at West Amber Talab can get a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we manage. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or checking if we have a specific part in stock for a customer who needs it yesterday. It gets dusty sometimes with all the cardboard, but that’s the reality of a supply business. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a computer that’s seen better days, yet it does the job. Working with lab supplies means you have to be careful, so we spend a lot of time double-checking orders so nobody gets the wrong size beaker or a faulty microscope lens. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, just us and the inventory. We’ve been at 585 for a bit now and the neighbors know us. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the stuff sitting on our shelves and getting it to the people who actually use it in their labs.
