Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Our facility is located at Plot No. 20 in Sector No. 9 of the Sidcul industrial area. This is one of those big industrial zones where every building looks a bit the same, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We focus on engineering work, mostly making parts and components that go into bigger machines. The shop floor is quite large, and it stays busy with the sound of machines and people moving around. We have a set routine that starts with the first shift coming in early. There isn't much in the way of decoration in our building; it's all very practical and focused on the job. Sidcul is a bit far from the main residential areas, so most of us have a long commute every day. When the weather is nice, you can see the hills in the distance, but usually, we are too busy looking at the assembly lines to notice. We don't spend time on big speeches or corporate slogans. We just try to get the numbers right and make sure the quality of the parts is decent. It’s a lot of manual work combined with some technical oversight. Some days everything runs smoothly, and other days we are fixing a machine that broke down in the middle of the night. It’s just how engineering goes. We are glad to be part of the industrial community here in Sector 9.
