Unique Controls

Unique Controls is located at 429, Sot Street, which is quite close to the City Public School in Roorkee. Being near a school means the street gets very loud and crowded when the kids are coming or going, but the rest of the time it’s a fairly typical Roorkee neighborhood. Our shop is a bit small, but it’s packed with all the parts and tools we need to do our work. We don’t have a big marketing department or a website with lots of polished photos. Instead, we have a workbench that’s seen a lot of use and shelves filled with various control components. Most of our day is spent handling local orders and talking to people who drop by the shop. The building itself is old and has a lot of character, even if the paint is peeling in a few spots. We prefer it this way because it feels like a real place where work actually happens. There is no air conditioning, so we rely on the ceiling fans and the breeze from the street to stay cool during the summer months. It’s a simple setup where we focus on the task at hand without any unnecessary distractions. People in the area know us by name, and we like the fact that we are just a local business on a regular street. We just try to provide what people need without making it complicated.
